30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at kriscrazy@crystallive.net. Returns should be sent to the following address: C11, Crystal Industrial Park, Donghai County, Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exclusions: Since we specialize in glass beads, seed beads, wood beads, and crystal semi-finished products, we do not handle returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you require a refund after receiving the product, please contact us. We’ll verify the return and inform you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
